Avanex Lagertha Tall Fescue was bred from advanced American material developed over many yerars by Rutgers University. It is a high quality, dark and fine tall fescue. Lagertha has excellent persistence without irrigation in drier regions. Because of the AR601 Unique Endophyte Technology, Lagertha Avenex Tall Fescue will deter birds and unwanted herbivore feeding on the foliage.
